Want to make money by recommending other people to Housters? Housters offers a generous referral program that pays out 25% commissions of any Housters monthly subscriptions paid by your referrals.
To get started, go to https://housters.com/affiliate-signup and create your own Affiliate account with a custom Housters signup link. For example, your signup link might be https://housters.com/signup/companyname. As you recommend Housters to Landlords and Property Managers, you can direct them to Housters through your signup link. So long as they sign up with your link, their billing will be tracked in connection with your Affiliate account.
When you sign into Housters as an Affiliate, you will be taken to a dashboard view which shows your referrals that signed up for Housters and their billing status. Once your referrals make it through the 3 month free trial and enter their billing info, as they pay their Housters monthly subscription we will track that 25% of each of those payments is due to you as a commission. For example, if a landlord owns a 40 unit apartment complex and pays $40 (USD) per month, your commission will be $10 (USD) per month.
